Senior Consultant - Hybrid Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - Hybrid Cloud to lead the design and delivery of large-scale hybrid cloud solutions for our client based in West Sussex. This role will be hybrid working, with occasional travel to client sites (fully expensed of course). This role is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and who are happy talking to customers, understanding challenges, and offering creative and useful solutions. Alongside a starting salary between £45k - £65k plus impressive bonus structure (10-30%), 29 days holiday progressing up to 33 (1 day per year), medical, dental coverage, and much more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hybrid cloud projects: Manage the planning, implementation, and delivery of tailored, modular infrastructure solutions.
- Design and architecture: Develop scalable, secure hybrid cloud environments using infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Technical expertise: Configure AWS environments, Nutanix clusters, and virtualisation platforms, leveraging tools like Terraform and Ansible to streamline operations.
- Client engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, delivering clear, effective solutions and building strong client relationships.
- Collaboration: Work with teams across infrastructure, networking, and storage to deliver seamless hybrid cloud solutions.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong expertise in AWS and virtualisation technologies such as Nutanix or VMware.
- Experience with Pure Storage and automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Background in building infrastructure solutions using infrastructure-as-code principles (not DevOps pipelines).
- Strong technical ability and low lever understanding of 3Tier Inf models.
- Knowledge of cross-platform environments
- Approachable, confident, and effective in client-facing roles.
- Learning, growing personalities that love tech and want to be involved in new projects, tech, challenges.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and experience mentoring team members
- Take the lead in delivering innovative hybrid cloud solutions that make an impact.
